Difference between Internship & Industrial Training
An internship and industrial training have many differences between them, such as
- While an internship is done by a student, industrial training is done by a person working on a full-time job already.
- An internship helps the candidate learn while working on a job and industrial training is a structured training program where the person is trained on a particular skill-set needed to work on a project
- Internships may be paid or unpaid but an industrial training is always paid
- Internships are usually of duration 2 months to 6 months, industrial training last from a week to a month
- An intern may or may not be given a choice to work in the company, a trainee continues to work in the company.
